The mission of the Fondation Monique-Fitz-Back is to promote education for sustainable development. Because of the nature of the Vivre ensemble à l’école project, the Foundation is closely associated with schools and communities during all steps of its achievement in order to ensure a positive and close relationship between needs voiced by teachers and schools and the realities of non-profit organizations working with immigrants, refugees and cultural minorities. By encouraging the development of empathy and an understanding of intercultural realities, we hope to actively fight prejudice and racism caused by ignorance and discrimination.

The innovative learning activities developed by the Fondation Monique-Fitz-Back and the workshops found in this directory were submitted to a steering committee to validate their suitability and educational value.
